William Fraser, 4 Lochness Buildings, charged with stealing 16 ducks from Muirfield House, belonging to EG Critchley. Frank Fraser for the accused pleaded guilty. Accused was an ex-soldier & had been wounded in the head. This rendered him not responsible for his actions while under the influence of drink. Baillie MacVinish fined 60 shillings
